NVQ Team Leading Level 2

Who is it for?

The qualification is ideal for people who are responsible for maintaining and developing the effectiveness and efficiency of the team for which they are responsible.

Written in learner-friendly language, with stimulating contextualised activities and assessments which engage learners in the learning process, the materials are received well by NVQ candidates as they simplify the NVQ process. The user-friendly style helps overcome anxieties about learning and structures the learner’s pathway through the award. This helps develop the candidate’s skills as an independent learner, helps maintain motivation and supports the learner's retention and achievement.

Assessors find the assessments easy to match against the NVQ standards, and they provide an accessible, flexible solution to meet their candidates’ learning needs.
