The Award and Certificate are internally assessed. Each candidate is required to create an externally moderated portfolio of evidence, which demonstrates achievement of all learning outcomes associated with each unit.

Progression opportunities

The programmes will enable candidates to further their own continuous professional development, improve career prospects or progress to further training. Having successfully achieved this qualification, the learner may wish to progress on to further qualifications, such as courses in money management, volunteering and enterprise, including NVQs.
