This award aims to enable candidates to improve their knowledge of the hospitality industry and offer them the opportunity to develop the skills required to provide a higher level of service to the customer.
Course content
The course consists of four units covering:
- Products and services available in the hospitality industry
- Developing customer service skills
- Safety, security and knowledge of the workplace
- Health and hygiene
