Well at College

Overview

Well at College is a unique e-learning platform which provides colleges with tutorial and enrichment support. This well established solution has been helping colleges to meet a number of national government agendas, including Every Child Matters and Healthy FE. This programme enables students to build knowledge about a wide range of life skills. A diverse selection of online modules is available in the following subject areas:

  • Make a positive contribution
  • Enjoy and achieve

Each module is designed to take approximately one hour and can be studied as part of a group tutorial or independently at college, work or home.

Well at College provides tutors with a comprehensive bank of ready-made resources to support them in tutorial delivery. All learner activity can be tracked through bespoke reports designed to help colleges evidence and record performance against key agendas. All aspects of the Well at College programme can be mapped to the Common Inspection Framework as well as the five outcomes within the Every Child Matters agenda.

Well at College Lite

Well at College Lite (waclite) is a flexible way to access online and paper-based resources. It can be tailored into a bespoke programme to address critical agendas including the Curriculum for Excellence, Every Child Matters, citizenship and employability. Colleges can build a customised programme from the 49 available learning modules.
