We are continually updating our products and our website in order to meet our customers’ needs. In particular, we are very aware of the issues faced by those with visual impairments or who have difficulty reading our paper-based and interactive programmes.
We are planning to undertake a survey of users’ preferences and so if you have views about screen-reading software, accessibility or similar issues and would like to join in the survey, please contact us. We especially welcome participation from people who currently use – or have experience of using – screen-reading software, and from people who have other specific format requirements.
